The Minden is an inspired, classic log cabin vacation home built in an ingenious fashion. The exterior showcases half-round Western Red Cedar logs, while the interior highlights Linwood’s traditional cedar finish. This approach provides a log home look with added cost savings and maintenance benefits. On the Minden’s exterior, a three-foot-high stone curb constructed from river rock cultured stone adds rustic appeal. The same stone was also used to create a spectacular hearth in the great room. Front and back arched windows mirror one another to take advantage of both lakefront and woodland views. The comfortable, oversized kitchen is an outstanding feature, and opens to the dining area, great room and patio. |
