Your Linwood design and material package will enable you to construct your home to the critical "lock-up stage". This means that the basic structure of the home is complete, including roof, siding, windows and exterior doors. You can now finish your interior in a secure and fully weatherproofed environment at your own 
pace.
We provide the most complete package in the industry. This includes all the materials required once the foundation is in place to build to lock up. We even include the nails.
You can also be sure that the package contents will include the right quantity of materials needed in exactly the same premium quality specification that you ordered. Some of our competitors reserve the right to substitute “equivalent” specification product while others do not include some of the major components, such as roofing materials, required to complete the structure of the home.

It includes a full post & beam vaulted roof system, highline cedar channel siding, export grade lumber and an unparalleled selection of high performance windows and doors. Our proprietary PERFORMAX system allows you to choose from a wide range of premium quality material options to give you the unique and distinctive look you want.
The Maple Collection offers pre-designed plans in 6 classic series in a Select Specification. The roof system involves either a single ridge beam or engineered trusses depending on the design features. All designs are optimized to make the best use of a selected range of high quality building materials. The result is an exceptionally cost effective home that has many of the features of a full custom home.
